With over 30 years of experience in shipping and maritime logistics, we operate as a fully integrated provider of transport, brokerage, and vessel management services across global markets. Our activities cover both bulk and general cargo transportation, supported by deep industry expertise and long-standing commercial relationships.

We act as both shipbroker and vessel operator, including the operation of shallow-draft cargo carriers, enabling flexible and efficient logistics solutions in regions with limited port accessibility. Our primary areas of operation include the Black Sea and Mediterranean regions, where we play an active role in supporting regional and international trade flows.

Our core activity encompasses maritime and river transportation using our own fleet, ensuring operational control, reliability, and responsiveness to client requirements. In addition, we provide comprehensive freight management services, including chartering, commercial management, and technical management of maritime and, where applicable, air transport assets.

We offer a full range of port and logistics services, including maritime agency and freight forwarding operations in key Ukrainian ports such as Odesa, Pivdennyi (Yuzhny), Chornomorsk, Reni, and Izmail. Our presence in these strategic locations allows us to efficiently coordinate cargo flows, vessel handling, and port operations.

Supporting our maritime operations, we operate a specialized service station dedicated to the inspection, repair, and maintenance of lifesaving equipment for vessels. This capability ensures compliance with international safety standards and enhances the operational readiness of fleets under our management and service.

Beyond core shipping and logistics, our activities also include ownership and operation of a private yacht club in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, featuring a recreational and wellness complex. Additionally, we are engaged in the commercial leasing of owned and managed real estate assets, providing flexible space solutions for business and operational needs.
