Spare Parts & Equipment Supply

We provide procurement, supply, and delivery of spare parts and equipment for thermal and power generation facilities, with a primary focus on Central Asia.

Our core expertise lies in sourcing and supplying critical and auxiliary spare parts for turbines, boilers, generators, and related industrial systems. We ensure reliable access to high-quality components essential for continuous, sustainable and efficient plant operations.

From technical identification and procurement to international logistics and on-site delivery, we manage the entire supply chain — including hard-to-source and time-sensitive spare parts required for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

We work with state-owned and private power generation companies, EPC contractors, and service providers, supporting ongoing operations, scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and modernization projects.

Our goal is simple: ensure timely delivery of the right parts to minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Our Recent Projects

Project CA-1

We have completed a comprehensive engineering review of the Thermal Power Plant, assessing the impact of the proposed modernization measures on electricity generation, fuel efficiency, emissions, and resource consumption. The review confirms that annual electricity production can be increased from 4.94 TWh to 6.62 TWh, significantly improving the overall efficiency and utilization of the facility, reducing the amount of emissions at the same time.

The modernization will reduce fuel consumption per kilowatt-hour. With the same level of coal input, the plant will be able to generate higher electricity output, resulting in estimated natural gas savings of up to 340 million cubic meters per year, calculated on a 2024 baseline generation of 4 TWh. Overall fuel efficiency, measured in terms of calorific value conversion into electricity, is expected to improve by approximately 39% compared to current operating parameters.

As a result of the upgrades, the plant's capacity utilization factor is projected to increase to 93%, strengthening its contribution to the national power system and reducing reliance on reserve and backup generation sources. The share of locally sourced coal will increase from 34% to 63%, substantially lowering dependence on imported fuels. Under an optimistic scenario and with effective management of the local coal deposit, the share of local coal could reach up to 90%, with a long-term objective of fully replacing imported coal with domestically sourced fuel.

Project CA-2

We have prepared a comprehensive concept for the full supply of a steam turbine with chief engineering services for a thermal power plant in Central Asia. The scope covered the steam turbine and all associated auxiliary and control systems required for reliable operation and integration with the existing boiler and balance-of-plant infrastructure. The turbine solution is designed to improve efficiency, reduce specific fuel consumption, and ensure stable operation under local operating and grid conditions.

Chief engineering services include basic and detailed engineering, preparation of technical specifications, layout and interface coordination, and technical alignment with local design institutes and contractors. We act as the technical coordinator throughout equipment manufacturing, delivery, installation supervision, and commissioning support, ensuring compliance with design parameters, performance targets, and local regulatory requirements.
